Provider performs a delivery procedure first (typically microneedling, dermapen, or fractional laser) to open micro-channels in the skin. Exosome serum is then massaged or stamped into the freshly opened skin. Sometimes the exosomes are also delivered via ultrasound or RF for deeper penetration. Total procedure time: 60–90 minutes including numbing.
